The American Classic CR350 features a special Alloy (Nb-R) that has proven to be more corrosion proof compared to other aluminum alloys.
Weight wise, the rim tips the scales at approximately 350 grams, with a machined sidewall.
The rim is formed with a very thin section. Most manufacturers are not able to form rims with such a thin section. This allows us to engineer the weight where it is needed to make the rim strong, and to reduce the weight where it is not needed, to make the rim light.
Available in 700c, clincher, black only. Drillings available are 24, 28 and 32.
Rim depth is 19mm. ERD is 598.
We recommend the 24 hole CR350 hole is not used for a rear wheel. As such, we do not offer a warranty if the rim is used for this purpose.
Maximum rider weight limit of 200 lbs (91 kilograms), if built appropriately.
Designed in the USA by Bill Shook. Manufactured in Taiwan.
Voilà, je me disais bien que j'avais pas halluciné avec les dimensions de la jante.
Donc IRD = AC350 1ère génération + oeillets
Light is right.
