J ai acheté il y a quelques jours cette selle annoncé a 120grs ! a la reception ,je la pese ... 142 grs

j ai ecrit au service selle Italia et voila il m offre de la passé sous garantie voila leur explication

Sorry but my French is not good so I can either write you in English or Italian but I suppose you prefer English.

All our weight have a tolerance of +/-8% and this is also declared on all our packaging, catalogues and leaflets.

The SLR Kit Carbonio Flow is declared into the 2008 catalogue at 125 grams. The 2007 catalogue had a weight of 120 grams.

The correct weight of the saddle should be 125grams +/- 8%.



During the end of 2007 we had a production problem on the weight of a few saddles because the thickness of the cover was not in accordance to our standard. Instead of 0.7 mm the cover was 1.1 mm and this brings extra 12-15 grams to the saddle. This is the reason of the extra weight of your saddle.

We are willing to cover this saddle under warranty because it belongs to one of those that were manufacturer with the wrong thickness cover.

If you decide to process this as a warranty claim please advise and I will provide the necessary info.

je trouve quand meme tres correct de leur part premierement de me repondre en moins de 12hrs y a quand meme le decalage (quebec) et leur offre, maintenant je ne sais pas si ca vaut la peine?
